Navona Records presents HEDGEHOG’S HOME, a classic tale centered on the importance of caring for our natural habitat. Based on the original children’s story by Bosnian Serb author Branko Ćopić, this adaptation from the Zagreb Philharmonic Orchestra serves as a gentle and artistically driven reminder not to take our respective abodes for granted.

Tonality is slowly but steadily making its way into the toolbox of contemporary music again. Accomplished orchestral horn player Andrew Lewinter, who returned to composing in 2016 after a long hiatus, thankfully discovered that very toolbox, and the result can be heard on ANDREW LEWINTER: CHAMBER WORKS.

Tonči Huljić conjures an atmosphere like no other on MEDITERRANEAN POP MASS, a satisfying listening experience for anyone who appreciates where music has been, and where it is going. Recorded in Split, Croatia, this album thoughtfully blends traditional orchestral and modern sounds in exciting ways with a completely new spirit.

Composer Carl Vollrath presents OLD & NEW POETRY VOL II, a compelling musical-literary experience featuring the works of seminal poet William Blake and contemporary writer John Gracen Brown. Deeply in tune to nature and captured from the lens of the human experience, Vollrath thoughtfully demonstrates his dedication to and passion for these works.

THE FOUR SEASONS OF ISOLATION from Avner Finberg is a moving meditation on the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting lockdowns. Finding himself separated from his fellow musicians and beloved concert audiences, Finberg focused on composition and worked in solitude to develop this musical essay reflecting on his year in isolation.

On PEOPLE, PLACES, MOMENTS, Nina Feric presents a wide selection of all original works, each deeply in tune with life and art, and enriched with personal anecdotes from her own life. Thoughtfully composed and masterfully conveyed through a single piano, the main message behind Feric’s music speaks clearly and warmly throughout: a positive outlook on the future and the joy of living.

The Hevreh Ensemble presents MESEROLE STREET, a collection of works from composer and ensemble member Jeff Adler. With music inspired by friends and family, nostalgia, and several compositions influenced by the 2020 pandemic, the ensemble employs a variety of instruments both common and unique, namely the Native American flute and the shofar horn.
